AMPeace Tours – USA

All across this vast land there are places where we can honor the efforts of those who chose to live with compassion, according to the higher callings of conscience, to pave a better way for themselves and others.

AMPeaceTours identifies those geographic locations where we can honor the lives and work, the courage and determination of those who chose to foster peace in their lives, their communities, their nation and the world.  Their stories remind us that creating peace is ours to choose.

The American Museum of Peace welcomes your contributions to this effort.   Send AMP your recommendations. Help AMP identify the landmarks, the memorials, parks and museums in your neighborhood and those that you discover as you travel.

We are excited to have AMPeaceTours™ grow to include sites all across these United States and beyond – identifying places to visit and people from whom we can learn.

We must concentrate not merely on the negative expulsion of war but the positive affirmation of peace.
